Do you hold my money?

No. Each payment goes to a forwarder contract that sends it straight to the wallet you set, and takes our fee in the same transaction. We never have access to your funds.

Which coins and networks are supported?

USDT on TRON (TRC20) and BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) today. More networks are planned.

Can I use Trust Wallet or Binance as my payout wallet?

Any wallet address you control on that network works. A self-custody wallet like Trust Wallet is the safest choice. Exchange deposit addresses can work, but check that the exchange supports deposits from smart contracts.

What if the customer sends the wrong amount?

Partial payments are shown as underpaid and the customer can send the rest to the same address. Extra or late payments are still detected and reported to you.

How do I get approved?

Sign up, fill in your business details, and our team reviews them — usually within one business day. You can use test mode while you wait.

Can I refund a customer?

Yes. Send the refund from your own wallet, then record it on the payment in your dashboard (or via the API) so your reports and the customer receipt stay correct.
